*Feature roaming minute packages are used first if customer chooses any of these three options. Excess roaming minutes will be billed @ $.39/minute. If customer declines a roaming minute package feature, a $.39/minute flat roaming rate will apply on any minute used outside the Customer’s home area also referenced as the carrier’s Licensed Market Area.
